All rates are in IDR, inclusive of government tax and service charge.
The entrance ticket includes insurance coverage throughout the visit. Kindly find the following
Rules:
a. Ticket Presentation: Present entrance tickets or Alas Harum’s bracelets upon arrival for
verification, which includes the embedded insurance coverage.
b. Security Measures: Please be mindful of any security protocols in place and cooperate
with on-site staff as needed.
c. Children’s Fee: Kids aged 3 years and above are required to pay a normal entrance fee.
Insurance coverage is applicable only for kids aged 5 years old and above.
d. Rate applies on a one-time single entry basis only and cannot be entered more
than once.

2. Activity Policy
a. Minimum 7 years old and maximum 70 years old with good condition
b. Minimum height 150cm
c. Activities are not allowed for pregnant women, or guests with heart or congenital
diseases. Children under 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
